Towers

Transpower Transmission Tower

Support structures that have crossarms to hold the conductors clear of the ground. These structures and their foundations are designed to be strong enough to safely carry the weight of the conductors and withstand storm
forces or wind.  Structures with one central support structure are also called poles.  Towers are usually constructed with steel lattice frames.
